Oral Presentations

SPEAKER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Talks need to be loaded directly in the room in which you are presenting in (ASN staff can assist with this process) at least two hours prior to your session commencing. Please ensure you bring your presentation with you on a USB so it can be loaded and tested. There will be a laser pointer available at the lectern if required.

If you are presenting an oral presentation for the meeting you should bring your talk on a USB, saved in a format for display on a PC within the room (ie PowerPoint). Please ensure that the dimensions of you PowerPoint presentations are 16:9. You can use the following YouTube video for instructions on how to change dimensions within PowerPoint (ref. min 1.37):

If you have already developed your slides in a ratio of 4:3 these will still work for your presentation.
