REGISTRATION DESK

The registration desk is located at the Pre-Conference Terrace of Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas. Opening hours are;

Sunday 15th October 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday 16th October 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday 17th October 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday 18th October 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday 19th October 8:00 AM – 7:15 PM

SESSION ROOMS

All sessions are being held in the Macquarie Conference Centre. Morning teas will be held on the Pre-Conference Terrace; Lunches will be served in View Restaurant and Bar and Poster Sessions will be held on the Pre-Conference Terrace.

WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Delegate registration includes;

• Opening Mixer
• Conference dinner
• Use of conference App

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS

The Opening Mixer will be held in View Restaurant and Bar on Sunday 15th October from 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Please see ASN staff at the registration desk if you are unsure of the location. No ticket is required for registered delegates, additional tickets are $80. Please see ASN staff at the registration desk if you are interested in purchasing an additional ticket.

The Conference Dinner will be held in View Restaurant and Bar on Thursday, 19th October 2017 from 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM. No ticket is required for registered delegates. Please see ASN staff at the registration desk if you are interested in purchasing an additional partner ticket for $120 per person.

SPEAKER PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Talks need to be loaded directly in the room in which you are presenting in (ASN staff can assist with this process) at least two hours prior to your session commencing. Please ensure you bring your presentation with you on a USB so it can be loaded and tested. There will be a laser pointer available at the lectern if required.

 

INTERNET ACCESS

WiFi - will be accessible throughout Peppers Noosa Resort and it’s complimentary by choosing the SSID Peppers@Noosa with no password required.

SMOKING 

Smoking is not permitted in the venue.

MOBILE PHONES

Please ensure your mobile phone is on silent or turned off during any session you attend.

INSURANCE

The hosts and organisers are not responsible for personal accidents, any travel costs or the loss of private property, and will not be liable for any claims. Delegates requiring insurance should make their own arrangements.
